| I have another, completely different question. To view my svg, I am placing its disc address in the browser address bar. E.g. C:\svg\mycode.svg When I view svg in I.E, I see the image. If I view it in Opera, I see only the source code, exactly as I coded it. If I view it in Firefox or SeaMonkey, I see only the source code, but somewhat re-formatted. If I use GoogleChrome I see only the text of the Image. Netscape tells me to use Opera! If I ember the svg code within html, and place the html address in the address bar: e.g. C:\svg\mycode.html. I usually see the image, but sometimes with no animation. Should I be doing something different? Thanks for any advice, JJ |

You are right, you should put it in the html. You are coming across probably the biggest hurdle to SVG - there is no standard "player" or environments for viewing SVG and deploying apps. Thus, you have to try to control the environment - perhaps have a standard supported platform for users. If they get it to work with what they've got - great. But if they have trouble then you tell them to download Firefox 3 or whatever you want to support. Eric
