Developing SVG viewer

I am developing SVG Viewer, I don't know how to begin ? I known SVG format, SVG 1.2 Stadard.
Please could you help me!

Well, you could try a program to draw paths, match that to the minium specification, and go from there, or you could write one which reads the SVG file and outputs a textfile script describing what to draw, and expand along that way.
