I noticed that email order yesterday and responded. Our web hosting provider changed ownership this month and some things were messed up for awhile, including emails being delayed.

Fortunately things are back to normal now. Glad you used the forum to communicate the issue as that has been working fine. The book is on the way, just let us know if you want a refund.
